Condemn Quelesh:
Description: The Security Council

UNDERSTANDING that the World Assembly is made up of various nations, each with their own ideologies and cultures,

CONCERNED, however, at Quelesh’s attempt to enforce their ideology on the World Assembly,

DISMAYED at their methods of attempting this goal,

ANGERED that their attempts have resulted in their failing to respect the workings, and hence disruption of said workings, of the World Assembly, as they have:

failed to respect the valid arguments within widely supported repeals of their work, with regards to GAR#187 Double Jeopardy Prohibition and GAR#190 Habeas Corpus Act, primarily through their

almost instantaneous resubmission, after successful passage of the aforementioned repeals, largely unedited versions of the previous text;

failure to allow for any drafting period prior to the resubmission for either replacement act, which disallowed the standard pre-submission debate and limited the ability of others to address any failings within the text of the replacements in question; and

lack of acknowledgement of debates and arguments made during both the repeal and the drafting periods for the now-repealed resolutions, when such an acknowledgement may have assisted in improving the quality of said replacements and allowed the continuous voting on such proposals to end prior to this point

failed to work cooperatively with other members of the World Assembly, showing a repeated tendency towards deliberately misinterpreting or selectively quoting the arguments of others, and, through this, demonstrating at times a willful ignorance of, and therefore failure to counter, valid points of disagreement raised by others

ALARMED at their failure to respect differing judicial processes employed among varied member nations, as their proposals fail to account for these unique qualities that make each member nation so special,

DISAPPOINTED that, despite campaign promises to the contrary, Quelesh has failed to follow the collective opinion of the region of Eastern Islands of Dharma when voting as a World Assembly Delegate,

BELIEVING that the aforementioned actions merit, at minimum, the condemnation of the international community,

HEREBY CONDEMNS Quelesh.

Good afternoon, Zemnaya Svoboda
Over the past few months, we have been debating legislation put forward by The Empire of Quelesh. However, the Queleshi delegation, increasingly, has become harder to reason with, especially in regards to their proposals, which have been demonstratedly similar across all incarnations.

As such, the Delegation from The Nomadic Peoples of Damanucus has submitted Condemn Quelesh. The condemnation outlines the failings of the Queleshi delegation, both within the World Assembly, and within their region as a consequence of their WA actions.

The Damanucan delegation insists that you support this condemnation, and help end this travesty that has befallen this esteemed Assembly because of the actions of one.

Is there any precedent for this sort of repudiation? By the Security Council, no less?
I'm trying to understand if this is something that is permitted or if this topic should be something dealt with by the game mods under the rubric of game mechanics.
