Hello!

I am the new diplomat from EMN, replacing Salvarity. Just wanted to drop in and say hi :-D

Totally failed my first post.

While I know that my citizen masking is bigger / includes more, I'd like to formally apply for the Foreign Envoy mask.

I know and understand that, currently, our regions (The Pacific and The North Pacific) do not have formal relationships, however, I'd like to request - if possible - to be formally recognized as envoy from The Pacific, in case you need an official diplomatic contact.

Additional Notes:
I had a forum account called Girrmaen that I was going to use to become a citizen, but that citizenship was denied because you couldn't see my IP or something, and I forgot the password so I don't use it. If you can somehow deactivate the account, I'd be fine with that.
