This is a vote to amend Security Council procedure. The vote shall last for 3 days.

SC members may vote, AYE, NAY, or Abstain, all other votes shall be considered to be invalid

7. Delegate Access
a. If the Delegate is a member of the Council, they will have access to whatever Security Council private area may exist as a member.
b. Otherwise, the Chair may grant or remove access to the Delegate as they judge appropriate for the purposes of promoting regional security.
 
With all Security Council members having voted, I will close the vote.

The procedural amendment is passed with a unanimous vote of Aye.
