Flem this isn't something to be happy about. YOu were complaining about how JAL was being treated, that was hardly any form of real persecution.

I had not spammed the TNP RMB so your argument is completely without merit, and I didn't "flood" all the threads with complaints as you merit.

Furthermore, you have actually engaged in more attempts at flaming and trolling than I have.

You have violated the Constitution, I did not. Simple logic. End of story.
 
Well actually its up to a three-Judge panel to determine the lawfulness of challenged bans. For now I guess the ban is legal until said otherwise judicially. Our laws are very silly, you see.
