The Government of Stargate respectfully requests an embassy with The North Pacific

Stargate is an original pre founder region that has gained more and more publicity in recent years since General Hammond our rightful delegate was elected.

Stargate has as of recent been involved on the The North Pacific Regional Message Board for unfortunate reasons. However in light of these events Stargate wishes to extend a hand to The North Pacific in thanks for not supporting a trouble maker. We wish to establish an official embassy.

Took longer to remask the poor guy than it did to create the embassy, post several updates, and come up with a draft of a treaty between Stargate and ourselves.
