(while Todd attempted to cast an abstention on the Omnibus legislation, he missed the two prior votes).
 
All admissions and removals that had been announced to this point in this thread have been remasked.
At the moment there is only one application awaiting a security check; otherwise everything is now current. Once the verification of the four votes (Two of them being elections) that closed yesterday or earlier today are complete, there may be some more removals.
 
Due to the recent Court Ruling the following members are still members of the Regional Assembly from their original acceptance date. The Speaker cannot use any vote in which the members below missed due to their illegal removal from the RA against them.

I don't know if he's posted anywhere since then or not. He's not posted anywhere since then.
 
I have not I am sorry. I have been very busy with the final weeks of college closing out. I wish to challenge my missed consecutive votes since prior notice was given.
 
Problem is, your notification is a bit vague and does not constitute an actual request for a leave of absence from the Regional Assembly. That being said, I would counsel an understanding attitude and not count the missed votes.

Over to the Speaker.
 
Govindia: RA masking removed. NPA grouping retained.
Grimalkin: Cannot change mask unless he is removed as a justice.
Shushu: Already removed from RA by another admin.

Incorrect. My nation was moved back in. It hasn't permanently been CTE'd. I've been CTEd' before and move back in with no interruption to my RA status.

Actually, perfectly correct. A previous failure to enforce the law does not change the fact that it is the law.

For your information:

Law 28:
1. Assembly members whose nation has CTE'd (Ceased to Exist) or who have moved out of The North Pacific when not on official business shall be removed from membership automatically by the Speaker.

My nation was also unlawfully banned, seeing as I did not violate any laws to warrant banning nor did I violate any RMB rules to warrant banning either.

I will re-apply because it CTE'd but the above fact remains.
 
The law refers to Assembly members moving their nation out of TNP. Govindia did not move his nation out of TNP. Therefore, his ejection is not grounds to remove him. This is pretty fundamental, guys.
 
I am not, but I don't need to be Speaker to know there is a law that states you can't be in the RA if your nation CTEs, even if it comes back later before anyone notices.
 
Other than your word on it, what independent proof do you have? I asked you this question in the Court area and you decided to drop it rather than answer the question, BW.

And once you answer that question, then we'll get to your lack of legal authority to enforce Law 28 as Delegate.
