FYI Archival coming

This is one of the few governmental subforums where we haven't archived older threads.
Plan on that happening before the special election is over. Anyone with judicial masking should be able to see the old threads in the local archives when that happens, but it will allow a clean up before the new crew takes office.

With the exception of the JAL trial thread and the related one seeking a ruling to dismiss that trial, all other threads that needed to be archived in this area have been moved. Once the new court elected in the current special election is installed, they can confirm the status of those threads as active or closed, and if closed, those threads will be archived at that time.

Threads containing formal court opinions are left where they are as they have continuing importance and are "active." We may want to set up a subforum to catalog court opinions in this area, or in the Constitution and Legal Code area. Feedback on that is welcomed.

please could we not archive the thread "complaints" in the Attorney General's office? There is evidence in that thread that is pertinent to the JAL trial, should the new Chief Justice decide that we need to continue with it.

In particular, it contains evidence of bias on teh part of the then AG, in that the complaint against JAL was acted upon while the complaint against Felasia was conveniently ignored.
