Hello, I am Aranoeia and I'm new to this game. I would like to become part of the region, but I'm not quite sure how this all works yet.

Hello and Welcome to The North Pacific. :)

The easiest way to get involved is to join the Regional Assembly where we wasted time discussing possibility of change when it is actually impossible to make any.
