Brand new Speaker here. I've been left with a bit of a mess so making this list and cleaning it up will be a little bit of an ordeal.

The following is a list of all TNP RA members, the date on which they most recently became a member of the RA, the link to their forums profile, the link to their TNP nation, and the link to a list of posts by their forum username.

Nations whose names are highlighted in red must be removed from the RA by an administrator for the reason(s) speficied and subsequently removed from this list.

Nations whose names are highlighted in yellow and followed by an asterisk are nations about which I have an inquiry. The inquiry will be at the bottom of the post.

It was never that clear to me whether Blackshear kept V1 on or not. I haven't made any appointments yet, but I will be discussing V1's status with him soon.

(Can you change the yellow to a darker shade? It's hard to read. Very hard in fact. (dark goldenrod would be good; the code you'd enter ("color=" is the same; but you just have to insert "darkgoldenrod" in place of "yellow.")

As to the removed members. It is important that those removed for inactivity be moved to the "TNP Citizen" mask because it is assumed they still have a TNP nation. If they don't (because it CTE'd or because it moved,) then they should be remasked into the "Member" group.

I don't much fancy the idea of personally watching all those TNP nations to see if they CTE and remasking citizens, particularly given how spread out the information on all their TNP nations is at this point.
 
Elu, it's the Speaker's job under Law 28 to tell forum admin who is to have RA masking changed and to what based on the reason for removal. If it's given to you that way, then it becomes unnecessary for the Admin to have to research it.

Historically though, most removals have been for inactivity.

Right. For RA masking, not Citizen masking.

I suppose we could ask the Speaker to keep track of that too...

No, the Speakers I have dealt with as Admin have always told me whether the removal was due to inactivity, or due to their nation leaving TNP or CTE. If it is the former, they still have a valid TNP nation, and qualify for a Citizen mask. If it is the latter, then they are returned to the member group because they no longer reside in TNP and cannot get a citizen mask.

I've sent a message to him to see if he wants to be the responsible person in this administration for communications, and I am waiting to hear back from him.

I've sent messages to a couple of others as well, but I would welcome suggestions or inquiries as to handling external/interregional affairs, and communications, and possibly a third position (for the Welcome and Nationstates subforums). I'm also waiting to hear back on an acting Vice Delegate. Under Law 26 it's my responsibility to oversee the special election for Vice Delegate, and I'd like to get that in gear, hopefully by Monday.

The citizen mask has permissions that the general forum member mask does not have, such as some government forum areas that the general member mask cannot see. Nor can they see the limited access government areas.

It's also the residual group that was populated when the "Suspended R.A." status was abolished by amendment of Law 28.

It'd be easier had we kept it (would have reduced the paperwork of constant removals, readmissions) but I was outvoted on that issue when it was passed a few years back.

Considering the Judiciary elections aren't officially closed, I haven't made those changes yet.

Earth22 and Utonaga will be remasked into the TNP Citizens mask; and Pragmia and Oliver will be remasked into the Member mask.

According to the ACP, Pragmia is known now as Gulliver. Please confirm the need to remask.

Jeux II is in the RA group but he is listed neither as in the RA or as removed in this topic.

Youxi II has ceased to exist.

Similarly, Moo-Cows with Guns, New Kervoskia, North Harmoneia, Rhutlandia, Shadowtech, Shameless Fitzgerald, Todd McCloud are all unlisted.

I don't have time to check all of them right now.
 
I take note that Greater Peterstan has not logged into the forums since the last week of October.

Between that and the CTE of his last reported TNP nation, it is clear that a vacancy has been created for one of the Associate Justice positions on the Court; and that the position of Assistant Delegate for Communications is vacant.

It is therefore necessary that the dual consent of any two of the Chief Justice, the Speaker and the Delegate be given to trigger the special election provisions of Law 26, and that the Delegate is the person of first instance to serve as the special elections commissioner.

I therefore request the Speaker or Chief Justice Dalimbar to consent to trigger the special election of an Associate Justice for the remainder of the judicial term.
