Actually the current constitution was written by Monte Ozarka. It's been amended a great deal, but less than half of the added text is Grosseschnauzer's, I believe.

He's certainly one of our legal experts however.

Sorry about that legal history inadequacy....
I just saw his name on the document and assumed...
 
No worries! Grosseschnauzer did write much of our previous constitution, after all. It's a very easy mistake to make.

I really should add a second part to the TNP Constitutional History post.
