Eluvatar: I just read that one may not, in fact, drop their "Federation" title until one's population reaches 500 million. Is that true? Or is there another way around it? Currently, the nation of Jibbesylvania has a population of 250 million. So, I'm half-way there. I'm definitely interested in doing this. As well, I'd like to create a custom flag if I am able. So, any information on getting these two items taken care of would be greatly appreciated. If you help me, perhaps we will make a spot for you at the annual Jibbesylvanian Reaver Stew Banquet.
