The Walbard Union wishes to establish an embassy

Dear Sirs/Madame

I am Konstantin Fenikson, the Foreign Secretary to The Walbard Union. Seeing the post my regions friend from the UK has inspired me to do similarly. We also wish to develop embassies in multiple regions, and gradually establish a relationship of solidarity and mutual respect with other regions, as well as possibly expanding from a flow of nations from the feeder regions.
