Hello TNP,

It seems like we just finished judical elections just a couple of weeks ago however in just one week we will be starting the May 2011 General Elections.

In this election we will be electing the following positions:

  • TNP Delegate
  • TNP Vice Delegate
  • TNP Regional Assembly Speaker

The Election Time Line is as follows:

  • Nominations will last from May 1 until May 7
  • Campaigning will last from May 8-10
  • Elections will begin on May 11 and end on May 17
  • Election Results will be released on May 18

All times will be based on Central Standard Time (CDT).

More instructions will be released about the Nomination Process with the Nomination Thread.
The voting process will also be more explained in the Voting Thread.

North Pacific Regional Assembly and Residents,

The nominations period for May 2011 General Elections has ended and the General Elections will begin in less than 24 hours on May 11, 2011.

The Elections will conclude 7 days after the start on elections on May 17, 2011 at 11:59pm CDT.

  • Felasia- Speaker of the RA

  • Govindia- Speaker of the RA

Technically since elections start on the 11th, if it's supposed to end 7 days later, wouldn't it end on 18 May at 1159 CDT?
