Gatesville wishes to reopen relations

Good evening.

As of August 25, I am the new foreign affairs advocate for the great region of
Gatesville. I've been doing a little paperwork, and it has come to my attention
- sorry, don't always get information in the right order - that, as of
October 16, 2008 (the last time we updated our ambassadors' listings) we had an
embassy with your region. As such, I would like to propose that we reopen it, as
after a short period of regrettably unavoidable inactivity, Gatesville is very
interested in getting back out there.
