This is good news and given my conversations with Rougiers I do not expect an apology anytime soon.

Rougiers has been banned from most regions that he had any involvement within (Except for Unknown) and from most of the feeders if not all of them. Myself and others made sure of that.
 
New Britannian Empire still harbours him as a respected citizen there and feels he isn't doing anything wrong.....:ADN:

I feel like Rougiers has effectively been run out of most regions, and he is left with few places to go. I am happy with this.
