My drift of in and out of absence is over for the benefit of the North Pacific.

I wish to get to know the North Pacific better, perhaps join the military or intelligence agency as recommended by another who calls himself Mesian.

I hope this will be more successful and beneficial than my previous region.
 
As the newly named Minister of Recruitment, do i get a shiny badge to go along with it?

Or do i just get my current badge kept?
