Top or bottom? Of the forum.

I like the top, but I also like the bottom. I guess the bottom might be better, since that newsreel thing people did a lot of hard work on (if it slows down my browser that much it must be complex!) is on the top part.

It would be probably be better if we could have the newsreel and the chatbox at the top. - easier access, etc.
