I am offering the following for a vote:

To change article I section 2 of our Constitution to read as follows:

"1. The Constitution and Bill of Rights may only be changed via constitutional amendment in the form of 65% Assembly approval in a vote lasting seven days. "

I, of course, vote aye.
 
First, proposals start in the preliminary discussions area.

The proposal also needs to reflect the exact change (insertions and delktions in the proposal.
