POTW: When were you founded?

His date is accurate. You can look it up on the old forum. I followed a week later. Your grasp of history (based on several posts I've seen) is flawed.
There is no need for that. I simply asked a question and never stated fact. I was unsure. Thanks for the correction but the attitude you can keep.

Not quite sure, born in TNP somewhere mid 2003 during the (female) Pixiedance time.
Sat quiet some time, got booted during the PD crisis for no reason.
Stayed some time in the great region Stars, joined forums, came back to TNP and stayed here ever since. Kitabo is my only nation that never CTEd despite some times of inactivity.

My first nation was Bhagavan, and it was created either in February or March of 2004. I spent a few days in The South Pacific and then move to Ile de France where I got the chance to be their UN Delegate. That's also where I was first exposed to the defender/raider gameplay.

Bhagavan was deleted by the NS Mods, and from that point on I used the nation The Avenging Angels. Which later went on to found the region The Exodus. The Exodus at its peak was well over 200 nations and was a thriving region!

I retired the nation The Avenging Angels back in the fall of 2005 and gave it to a close friend at the time.

When NationStates switched over to the World Assembly, I asked the moderators if I could have Bhagavan back. I expected them to tell me to fuck off because the nation had been deleted for rules violations. To my surprise they obliged me and let me have the nation back.

During my years in NS I've been as Joshua, Bhagavan, Avenging Angels (AA), The Dead Angels, and recently as the Jedi-Gangsters.

My proudest NS moments are:

1) Being the founder of The Exodus

2) Being the founder of Novus Orsa, which could have been something great and wonderful had it not been for my inactivity later on.

3) Authoring the Support Hemp UN resolution and seeing it successfully make it through the proposal and resolution stages. Sadly, it got repealed later on.

4) The Crusaders of Justice. Falconias recruited me into Equinox back when it was a tiny and inactive region. I had retired from raiding at the beginning of the year, and was trying my damnest to get back into defending. I took on the responsibility of being their Chief Justice and running the Axiom Guild. I never imagined that the Axiom Guild military would have become what is today. I would say that most folks know of and recognize the Crusaders. I'd tried in the past to start defender regions, but they never gained traction. Founding the Crusaders and seeing them flourish makes me extremely proud!

5) All those Peace Festivals that were hosted over in The Exodus. Many of the old timers probably remember all the advertisements I sent out. :P

Cheers to all the lovely people I have the had chance to speak with during my years of NS gameplay! ^_^
