I'm pleased to announce that the newest Ministry of External Affairs is now jointly directed by its recently appointed Deputy Minister, HEM, who accepted the offer yesterday! He will be provided with an office, a swivel chair, a box of chocolates......and that *mountain* of paperwork I don't want to do... 
It will be our joint aim to revamp the MoEA's presence both within the government and abroad, and I look forward to working more closely with him in the future.
