Upon further investigation it would appear that I made an error previously. The vote necessary to confirm the Speaker is 21, not 23, since their are only 41 nations on the Regional Assembly roster.

Therefore, I will vote Aye and mark the vote as complete.

The business of the region needs a Speaker, we have delayed long enough.
