The forum side of the Ministry will be fully functional by February 1st. I'm going to bring the Diplomatic Corps swinging back into action.
With best of luck, the MoEA will soon become a department of thriving activity. I very much hope that other not-so-lively ministries might follow suit. There's no reason for inactivity if a Minister has the innovative spark to be able to turn it around.
We'll have to catch up for a convo soon, Flem.
