I'm pleased to announce that we have a new Deputy Speaker! It is with great pleasure to introduce Al Homa, a distinguished member of our region, a former Attorney General and a grunt during the rogue years.

As always, I've been interested in lightening my load on the legislative side. I've given him the task in setting up, counting, and closing votes, and everything else ranging from handholding stubborn RA members to notifying the public about current votes.

Now lets have a round of applause!
