I just seized the delegacy of Lazarus, with a national population of 45 million.

I've been wondering if this makes me the youngest feeder/sink delegate ever. If someone could stop my egotripping on this subject, please do :P
 
I suspect that the first Delegate of a feeder had something like 900,000 population (yes, under a million)

I may be horribly and completely wrong.

The first three Delegates of The Pacific had substantially lower populations than 45 million.
