Last night I finally grew tired of the baiting comments from a nation called, http://www.nationstates.net/nation=bwahahahaha.

This nation decided at several points to brand another nation an "Estonian Jew": http://puu.sh/pMmIj/9d6b55e045.png

When other nations expressed disagreement or discomfort with his attitude, he left for tSP - where he has started stirring up their RMB. He used the Embassy posting feature to post something like this: http://puu.sh/pMmKI/04b2a5f422.png

That led to his ban. This sort of behaviour is absolutely not okay. I advised Tsunamy of his behaviour prior to this.
 
Okay, so this one is fairly convoluted, but apparently it's an issue. There is freespeech and then there is needless personal attacks on people, and I'm not going to be called a bitch by any nation in TNP and just ignore it.

I have no idea what started the topic, which is apparently due to a citizen of TNP raided Warzone Australia, managed to take the delegacy there, raised our flag without official sanction but lost the delegacy to another force (Alexandria's apparently?) and are now raising issues about it on the RMBs but it was enough for half a dozen pings from people on Discord. Given that I have been away for the last few days dealing with RL birthdays - my own 24th and my brother's 18th, and given that while I am sober, I've had two hours sleep and I stopped drinking less than six hours ago, my patience for this is even less than it would be normally.

I was banned presumably under the auspices of the Disease Control act and this clause:

5. During an outbreak, the delegate is authorized to act in any reasonable manner to pursue the adopted plan. This includes, but is not limited to, ejecting or banning nations from the region who have entered the region during the crisis and imposing restrictions on national movement into the region.

I am not sure that my longstanding status within the region qualifies as a nation that 'entered during the crisis' however and therefore must protest.

Possibly, although I do not believe that was the intent of the law when it was passed. I guess the issue is that the 'awards' system that we have in place includes those that send out zombie hordes. If we are including that as a means of recognition then it seems a bit unfair that such nations would be ejected just because the powers that be aren't coordinated enough to stop them.

It also seems a bit arbitrary as not every hording nation is ejected.

I will also state that the law is very clear that the Delegate can undertake certain actions but I was not ejected by the Delegate.
 
And Earldoms26 is now also banned and reported to mods. This seems to be a dedicated spammer so I think I may hold off on further posts until it slows down, assuming it happens again, so I can just put them all together in one post.
