The Rejected Realms welcomes you to the first ever Decorate your Delegate contest, an NS wide Halloween Bash!
Delegates from all over will compete for the best Halloween costumes!

The categories are:

  [*] Most Humorous
  [*] Most Terrifying
  [*] Best Overall
  

HOWEVER, there is a catch. *evil grin*

The region decides what the delegate must wear as his/her costume! Delegates have no say in the costume process! So whether or not you want to reward that superb delegate or get back at that evil delegate who steals all the cookies, now it is your chance as a region to finally hold all the power!
