Q: What's this abstaining business?
A: It counts towards the ballots cast, but not towards any of the candidates.

Apologies for the no-show in the recent past fellas, my graphics card was bricked, meaning I couldn't do diddly squat, much less count election results.

Why the delay for the CLO?

As far as I can tell from the posted results, the three who were elected by plurality are clear-cut, and there no mention of disqualified candidates or voters.

I will be making a public speech today or tomorrow.

I am waiting for my mask changes here, my addition to the WFE and I have to speak to the admins to confirm a few things prior to speaking publically.

Thanks again. I hope even those that didn't vote for me will get behind me in the next few months on my quest to get this region and gov active!!

No abnormality - I just had to post just before I went out, and I did not have time to look up the election regulations. Rather than make a mistake, I did not announce the result.
