Hello, I am the Diplomatic Envoy sent from The Brotherhood of Blood. I was not sent here to spy.

The Brotherhood needs is a representative in both the New Revolution and The North Pacific Regions. It could be a full embassy or just a representative roving around and acting like a representative. There is no need to be a spy or come in as an unattached member.
