The Brotherhood needs is a representative in both the New Revolution and The North Pacific Regions. It could be a full embassy or just a representative roving around and acting like a representative. There is no need to be a spy or come in as an unattached member.

We know of the war that is either, happening now, or soon to happen. We will remain neutral.
