Welcome to the North Pacific Army Recruitment Station. As a member of the NPA, you will participate in regional defense movements (keeping our elected delegate in power, as opposed to allowing a hostile invader delegate to take over), and help us to strike at our enemies.
By joining the NPA, you will be required to move your WA nation out of the region at the direction of myself, as Minister of Defense, Eluvatar, as President and Commander-In-Chief, or Blue Wolf II, as Sergeant. When in TNP, you will be required to endorse Eluvatar. Because you will be moving around, it will not be possible for you to collect endorsements within The North Pacific.
You will be integral to the ability of The North Pacific to retain its sovereignty, and we'll all have amazing wonderful fun seeing the world and stuff like that.

Also, you do not necessarily need to be a member of the Regional Assembly to join, but simply be a resident of The North Pacific and registered on these forums.
