I would like to take the Earth reborn, England, and Canada if possible but if needed else would take those too.
 
Although I try to stay out of all governmental matters, this baffles me.

Why does The North Pacific need to have relations with these regions? What will it get out of them? Personally it seems like a waste of time.

You suppose we should have no foreign relations? Or only with the "important" regions?

If you see it like that, you could say the whole game is a waste of time!
 
I enjoy having relations with these regions as frequently as possible. Everyone should try having intercourse with our neighbors on a regular basis. i am sure you will find that foreign affairs are most delightful.

I can probably take The Black Hawks, coz I actually know those people quite well. It was my first region years ago and since I've always had good relations with all of them. I know their leader Red Back quite well. Just a suggestion. ;)
