It is with great pleasure I announce the appointment of Eluvatar as Vice Delegate of the North Pacific. His WA nation, Zemnaya Svoboda, holds the second highest number of endorsements in the region, and ZS's influence as Truckler will further enhance regional security. During L&C's tenure, Eluvatar endotarted tirelessly on my behalf. I know as Vice Delegate he will serve the region well.
 
Congratulations. And further envy. It's tough enough to become ONE member in good standing here. And you are TWO members in good standing in the region. :P
