Additionally, I have to disagree with having all NPIA activities exempt from law in this act. Just because some NPIA activities may need to be classified does not mean they have carte blanche to do whatever they please....:ADN:
 
All I'm saying is that given the concerns of the NPIA, they need to have their own separate range of rules. Since our intelligence agency was disbanded with the latest Constitution, it seems wrong to hold the NPIA back before we even start to overhaul and rebuild from the ground up.

well look at how it's worded. Exempting any intel agency formt he law is going to be leaving things open for abuse mate.......


The rest of the bill I like and support, but can't the last line be reworded a tad differently ? :ADN:
