(OOC: Due to a bizarre situation, the electricity in my neighborhood was disrupted this afternoon by squirrels getting themselves fried on a power transformer. I'll have to wait until late, late tonight, or more likely tomorrow to open the voting on the various constitution proposals and other proposals on the floor.
Only votes cast by 0000 GM tonight for the Board of Regents and the security council vacancies will be counted. The votes will be counted either late tonight or tomorrow once the OOC probem is fixed, and I have the time to get everything done. It'll most likely be tomorrow.)
