New constitutional amendment

The Constitution shall be removed in its entirety and amended to read:

Monte Ozarka shall have sole executive, legislative, and judicial power in The North Pacific.

Monte Ozarka shall be the legitimate UN Delegate.

Monte Ozarka shall have the power to amend this with her sole discretion.
