Hello. I am a new nation, intending to become an anarchy (though I've been given a corrupt dictatorship!)
The Republic of Vendetta_Anarchy is a new nation. I've latched onto the idea that sharing endorsements is a good idea (13 so far wahoo!)
But as a noobtion, the republic needs assistance. Other than try to change my country, how do I actually play the game? Also, is it a good idea to stay in the North Pacific or should I join/make another region?
(Plus if the forum is separate from the Nation States site itself, how does it change the game?)

Welcome to The North Pacific, Vendetta_Anarchy. There are quite a few things you can do in this game including roleplaying, invading/defending, and participating on offsite forums (like this one). What happens on the forum has no effect on your NS nation. And, certainly you can stay in the North Pacific. It has a large government, and is very open for participation. After all, they even let me in!

Hi! Nice to see you here. The best place to start is by joining the Regional Assembly. The sign-up is here. Then you can vote, discuss laws, debate the proposals for a new constitution, join the army (NPA) or whatever srtikes your fancy.

Once I'm in, where do I vote?

There will be voting threads set up for any votes under way. Currently there are only discussions going on, preliminary to voting. Also, elections are held every 3 months, with the next ones scheduled for the beginning of November.
