Welcome, Soigacas, our new Deputy Minister of Communications!

He'll do great, and this means that you guys can now bug him, too, about MoC-y things. :P

Furthermore, he's agreed to take charge of the Wire and news publications, in general. Since he's had experience in the Merit with that, I'm sure that he'll do a great job!
 
What if we wanna bug you though? However, Soig can be fun to bug as well. :P
