Kicking a Nation?

It was a mistake.

I haven't been a Delegate with UN controls since Influence has been introduced and I was trying to test the 'Influence Cost Estimate' but instead I ended up banning the nation accidentally.

I have written a telegram to the nation apologizing and I shall check whether I banned them by mistake as well.
