In a move that was brought on by overwhelming pressure from the legitimate government of The North Pacific, The Wolves officially cut their allegiances from the raider region of Lone Wolves United. The Lone Wolves, who originally created the idea of the Wolves of the North, the only raiding organization currently residing in a feeder, accepted the decision with much regret but vowed to keep open diplomatic relations with the organization they once referred to as "the Lone Wolves North".

Blue Wolf II, who is the leader of the Lone Wolves United and also one of the founding members of The Wolves of the North, had this comment: "It's very clear that [WotN] can't continue to associate with the LWU without problems for both groups". Controversy recently erupted in The North when the Lone Wolves announced the launch of WotN under its banner, setting of a firestorm of legal and diplomatic threats and accusations.

Even with the announcement many members of the Cabinet still express grave doubts as to whether a raider organization such as the Wolves can legally exist; arguing that to allow such a thing would show The North as weak. Director Tresville of the North Pacific Intelligence Agency even went so far as to argue the Wolves very existence would be enough to kick off a civil war within the region. Darkesia, the Wolves Director of Exotic Relations, had this comment in the groups defense, "We are exercising our right to assemble" and later went on to comment that this right was protected by the Constitution.

Following the announcement of independence, members of The Wolves once again articulated their want for a good and beneficial relationship with The North Pacific government. What happens next seems to be entirely on the government's shoulders.

Deutschland militia troops quickly surrender to task force troops from the Lone Wolves United and DEN.

In a remarkable act of stealth and cunning, the Lone Wolves United, reinforced by trooper's from DEN and lead by Lieutenant OLLI GmbH und Co KG took down the large region of Deutschland, which holds 55 plus native nations. Deutschland, which is a German speaking region, suspected nothing and is still in a state of shock. The infiltration of Deutschland started weeks ago when Lt. Olli started his end swapping campaign. Using his fluency in the German language to his advantage Olli quickly became well accepted within the region. After gaining over 24 native endorsements a task force from DEN coupled with members of the Lone Wolves Up-Date Squadron finished the deal off. The region's World Fact Book Entry now sports the names of both organizations and the Flag of the Lone Wolves United flies proudly over the region. The strike comes as LWU General Evil Wolf promises reform in his ranks including a stepped up recruitment campaign and additional raids.

Wolves In SPACE!

This image, released to The Running Wolf staff by an anonymous member of the High Command, proves that Lone Wolves United, and not the United States, was the first to land on the Moon. It seems the US government stole the original footage, which was recently recovered by a LWU intel. agent, and had been stealing the credit all along. No comment as of yet from the United States.

Space, the last great frontier. Vast, endless, puzzling and seemingly unconquerable. Yet, late last night, the Lone Wolves United did the impossible and occupied all of SPACE. The region's pervious lord, Tritanium Tochiro, had continuously possessed the region for well over 130 days, fending off over a dozen attacks by various invader groups. In fact, until recently an unnamed West Pacific Liberation Force member had their UN posted there, supposedly protecting the region. But no more than a week after that WPLF trooper left SPACE an elite task team, which had been stationed in the region under the noses of all defenders, quickly seized the region without even a hint of resistance.

The raid was headed by Sadiya, a new recruit to Lone Wolves United, who, until a recent raid, had taken residency in the region of Deutschland. After the Lone Wolves took the region, she joined the raider corps and has excelled in her training. This is her second raid and she seems to have proven herself capable and skilled.

Lone Wolves United has opened the region to all raiders and invites all to a mad drinking party. The theme? SPACE Invaders.

Comrades, recently the feeder region The North Pacific has been taken over by the forces of Gatesville, who backed the former Deputy Delegate of The North, Emperor Matthuis.

Today, upon becoming delegate, Matthuis attempted to dissolve the North’s long time government and instead install what he has described as a "Francoistic" government in its wake. Comrades, there is only one Francos Spain, a man who lead The Pacific on a glorious and bloody path to victory against defenders, and in my opinion, there can only be one Francos Spain and Matthuis is not him.

The Lone Wolves United has a history of supporting The North Pacific. We aided Stars of Sky against the oppressive Pixiedance in 2005 to win the region back for the natives, we backed The North in their war against The Lexicon, and we will support them now in their time of need.

Gatesville, one of the largest player created regions and the region that fought so hard against us in our bid for the Sinker region of Lazarus, seeks to turn The North into it's own private puppet. This can not be allowed. Gates must be defeated or else others will fall to this superpower and then where will it end? Yes, today Gates has only The North, but what about tomorrow? What is to stop them from conquering the whole on Nationstates from themselves? We can not allow such a region, lead by such a power hungry leader, to get such a foothold, not just for the natives of The North but for our own sakes!

Gatesville regards invaders as nothing more than throwaway puppets. In their eyes we can never be equals, only simple tools to be used and then disposed! We must send Gatesville packing back to the hell which the came from and restore order to The North!

History always favors the victors, and when we win this conflict the Lone Wolves United, along with our allies and the others who step forward to protect The North will be held high as heroes!

As such, I officially order Condition: Rabid, a decree which declares Lone Wolves United's unconditional support for the exile government of The North Pacific and vows to displace Gatesville from the region altogether, forever.

The old realm of Nationstates has fallen. For a great time now it has been dead, succumb to the chaos of the new. But from this chaos has come nothing. New raiders have wandered around lost, unorganized and untrained. Long are the days when the mighty Invaders Army roamed, forgotten are the times when the DEN ruled, and The Jolly Roger conquered up-date with an iron will.

The new groups of Nationstates have failed; even Catlandatopia with its large numbers can not match the activity and strength of the old guard of invaders.

But from the dust an old group is reborn once more, a terror which once did many great and terrible deeds. The Lone Wolves United lives once more!

We at the Lone Wolves United vow to bring back the days of the old, to revive the old style of raiding and spark new life into the dull corpse of Invader Unity. We vow to conquer all we can, to raid as much as possible, to seek new alliances and to bind the lost and scattered raiders of Nationstates together under one region. Raiders, we call to you now to pick up your arms and help in the conquest to revive the old! Join us in liberating Nationstates once more to our liking! The Raider’s time is now! Spread the word, the Lone Wolves United is back and we are here to stay.

Congratulations! LWU have always been my favourite of raiding groups, mainly because of the two peerless ambassadors they sent us.
 
Eh, once, but that was prior to us declaring war on them. To be honest, they've wanted to destroy us for years, we just made it official. The year-anniversary of our declaration should be coming up soon too.
