Actually, charges were dropped based on certain agreed restrictions.
I never agreed to these restrictions, considering I was inactive for at least a month and a half to two months when these 'agreed' restrictions were imposed.
I also know that my elected council, Joshua, resigned, and I indicated to the replacement to cease and desist.
Present the evidence that I agreed to this, and I will gladly walk away from this region.
Not following agreed rules is bad habit a good step towards a revision trial.
Agreed Rules? Once again I make reference to the above paragraph, how can I agree to something when I am not around to talk to anyone I am interested in, netherlone the prosecution/attorney general of TNP!
It is up to the new AG to decide about following up this case or leave the situation as it is.
I only hope the new AG uses reason, and looks at the case, evidence, happenings/occurances and arguements made in the previous procedings to make their judgement. In the condition this region is, a spotlight on previous regional exploits, whether or not were fully sanctioned or known by the government would not be a good move.
Its also a bad habit to re-ignite old arguements which only cause tension and conflict.
