As I have already stated my name is Memnoch leader of the Empire of Memnoch de Marbulia. I now have a newly acquired friend of which I'm sure all of you are familiar with, Great Bights Mum. I want the North Pacific to be one of the most powerful regions in the eyes of the UN and all of it's nations to have a say in what goes on, as I'm sure all of you do too.
