I can't seem to log onto NationStates today. I'm not just getting a "page not found, hit refresh, etc." message, I'm getting a "could not be found" error message. Anyone else?

NS has been having lots of server troubles recently...
Today I am getting a message "www.nationstates.net cannot be found." This time it could be my problem, since I got a similar message when I tried www.eBay.com.
