4 Billion

Hers: Actually, Ermarian CTE'd before I had it resurrected months later. If I remember correctly, it'll be 3 years old in a few months (although it's not my oldest nation, which was created on December 29 2003). :D
 
My largest nation has 6.1 billion, but Fergi is only at 2.9 billion. Hard to believe I went over a year before I made a second nation when now I have 250+
