I got this telegram from someone in the region, and wanted you all to know what was up:

The Republic of Gollampton recently telegramed me requesting that I withdraw my endorsement from your country in order to smooth the transition from you to that of the Mums.

I admit that I do not yet fully understand how the political climate works so I thought I would ask you for advice. Do you wish me to withdraw my endorsement? Or is this a ploy to overthrow you that i should not fall for?

What do we think Gollampton is up to here? He's been playing nice lately, he's not even in the UN right now, but we don't have an interest in having a Delegate with a relatively low number of endorsements.

Lexiconian ploy. I suggest you advise against taking the bait and pay no more attention to it. The Lex wants to cause as much wake in our waters as possible. Ejecting them is an excellent way of helping them to do that.
