Going on in The North Pacific is the event that shapes The North Pacific’s future every three months, elections. Many qualified candidates, ran and got elected in the Cabinet they desired. Fedele is the only candidate who ran for re-election this time around, and won his race for Minister of Culture and Education. Also returning to the Cabinet this term Alhoma this time around opting to run for Minister of Justice this time. The Final member returning to the Cabinet is North Harmoneia who defeated Dont Pick it Up in the race for Minister of Communications. Mr_Sniffles, who served on the Cabinet last term, ran for a position but not for a cabinet position, Mr_Sniffles defeated Southwest Asia for Speaker of the Regional Assembly. Now new to the Cabinet this term is Haor Chall who is our new Minister of External Affairs. Along with Haor Chall new to the Cabinet this time around is OPArsenal who ran unopposed for Minister of Arts and Entertainment. Long serving NPA member, Romanoffia won the unopposed election for Minister of Defense. For Minister of Immigration and Internal Affairs, Limitless Events won very narrowly over Cthul Murgos. Even though Limitless Events did not reach the required 51% of the votes Limitless Events got more votes than Cthul Murgos. Limitless Events and Cthul Murgos agreed that Limitless Events would be MoIIA and Cthul Murgos would be the deputy MoIIA, to prevent a run-off election and take up more time.

For Delegate this term Great Bights Mum won over Daimiaena, and for Vice Delegate Unterwasserseestaat won re-election very easily, but because Unterwasserseestaat has more endorsements at the moment he is our current Delegate until Great Bights Mum surpasses him in endorsements. Unterwasserseestaat, currently has 303 endorsements, while Great Bights Mum has 232, although she is still swapping endorsements as we speak, it will be a little while before she surpasses Unterwasserseestaat, and sits comfortably in the delegate position. Another concern for Great Bights Mum, Unterwassweseestaat, and the Security Council is Gossamer Cornweb is at 226 endorsements, only 6 endorsements behind Great Bighs Mum.
Amateur Sketch of Unterwasserseestaat becoming delegate
Now for the final elected position, is the most important to The North Pacific, Prime Minister. Candidates Heft, Gracius Maximus, and Flemingovia, all campaigned hard, for the spot but none of them were able to secure the 51% of the votes needed to win. This means a run-off election is required and a run off between Flemingovia and Gracius Maximus is required and is going on as we speak. Voting will end on August 17th, so if you have not voted, go to the Election Forums and cast your vote now! What will the future have in store for us? Only the voters will decide, so cast your vote for Prime Minister, and let your voice be heard.
