Consulate of Scroll Islands

yes I'm jumping the gun a bit. :P

SI is now having elections for President and Minister of Foreign Affaris. Draytea will be president and North Harmoneia Minister of Foreign Affairs. How do I know this? They are the only ones running for their respective positions :P
 
Due to communications being ignored, the relatively small size of the region and the lack of activity, it is with regret that I hereby close this Consulate.

I thank the Scroll Islands for maintaining relations with us until now.
