Quick explanation:
Normally the only moderators in the Voting Forum would be the admins, the Global Mods, and whoever had control of the Voting Booth account at the time. Right now, you will notice that Fedele's name has snuck its way in there as well.
Reason for this is, I'm deathly afraid that my power is going to go out any second now due to a major thunderstorm that is directly overhead. I went on IRC and the first person I saw was Fedele. Figuring I could trust him to push a button, I asked him to be my safety net and close the elections for me if I was not able to get on.
Before anyone panics, afraid that Fedele's going to replace all those "abstains" with his name, he only has the ability to use Multi-moderation - specifically the one that closes the election and makes that formal little post that didn't really apply to the Chief Justice Confirmation. So, in short, your ballots are perfectly safe from Fedele's non-existent corrupt intentions.
