We, the people of Lazarus, pledge to support the current government of The North Pacific in their fight against the invading forces of The Lexicon. We recognize the presiding government of The North Pacific to be the true government and that fully supported by the vast majority of The North Pacific natives. We also recognize that this declaration of War by The Lexicon was unprovoked and unneeded.
