Hey all, Blue Wolf here to announce my intent to run for the glorious position of Security Council!

Some of you know me as Evil Wolf, Commander-in-Chief of the Lone Wolves United, and yes, that does make me a raider.

So why would a raider run for SC? Well, in short it’s an evil plot to take over The North Pacific and take over the world. Also as a raider I know how to make critical decisions regarding security threats. As proof of my abilities I present my record as the Security Minister of Lazarus. A flawless record and one prevented invasion (that of Right-Wing Perfection) under my belt in Laz ^_^.

As SC I plan to do everything necessary to insure that not only immediate threats to our regions Security are stopped in their tracts but that it will be done in the most democratic, just, and lawful way possible.

Ok, I am ready for the feeding frenzy, eat away :w00t:

You must declare your candidacy in the nomination topic in order to appear on the official ballot.

The United Federation of Hersfold
Election Commissioner

As you stated in your introduction, you are a raider. The Security Council is the recipient of classified and sensitive material (so I have been told). What guarantee do the citizens and Inteligence agents of our region have that the information disclosed in the Security Council will not be used to further the adjenda of LWU?

I am torn. On the one hand, you're a raider, and I've always had doubts regarding duality in NationStates.

However, on the other hand, you're a raider, and you spend much of your NS time thinking up of new ways to solve an old problem: How do you make success when you're outgunned and largely in command of a bunch of newbs? You spend your time thinking about how to always stay one step ahead of your enemies--a valuable skill for someone in charge of security.

At any rate, here are the questions I field to you:

SC questions:

1) What is your opinion regarding the legality of unendorsement campaigns?

2) How long do you think the SC should take (maximum) to decide and take action? i.e. How much deliberating is too much deliberating?

3) What do you think is the greatest danger to regional and/or governmental stability right now?

Personal questions:

What do you think is your greatest asset that you bring to TNP?

Tell us: Do you actually like Fedele? ;)

OOC:

I think for you to say that LWU does not sympathise with TNP in damned near everything TNP does is to ignore obvious facts. TNP poses no threat to LWU and LWU seeks to impose no threat on TNP.

The only time LWU and TNP ever cross paths are when engaging the invader/defender skirmishes. Most recently, TNP actually sent a spy into LWU. However, and this should show how friendly LWU is to TNP, Scardino simply shrugged this off and thought nothing of it. LWU actually has a better relation with TNP than it does with many of the other "A-List" invader regions.

IC:

Do you actually like Fedele?

You best not make me whip out my trout.

You have the same guarantee that I will not abuse any information give to me as a member of the Security Council as you do from all who run for the position, their word...well, that and a primordial fear of punishment

If that’s not good enough then, quite simply, don’t vote for me.

1. I find the unendorsement campaigns to be silly and hardly any threat at all to our region. People tend to recognize a lie when they see it sooner or later. Endoswappers, on the other hand, can be a real threat.

2. I think the SC should take a maximum of 48 hours on a decision and 24 on one that is priority. Otherwise why have an SC for quick decisions, might as well leave all that up to an RA vote.

3. Indecision in a time of danger.

My experience as a raider and my tendency do be committed to every decision I make to the end.

*Sweats* Well...umm...I think Fedele is funny as hell sometimes and very witty...Scardino, on the other hand, can have a bit of a God complex from time to time. :P
