A telegram campaign

I'm going to run down the list of UNs and telegram them all, to correct the Lexiconian rhetoric. Here is the TG I'm using, so if anyone else does this along with me, please make a different one:

Hello North Pacifican!

I'm telegramming you as the North Pacific's Minister of Communications in order to keep you informed on the situation in our region. Recently, the region "the Lexicon" declared war on the North Pacific and have begun spreading lies about our region and our delegate. What they fail to say, however, is that the two founders of the Lexicon are former tyrants who ruled over the North Pacific a year ago, banning dozens of innocent nations who objected to their tyranny. Eventually, they lost the delegacy to pro-democracy forces and they are still bitter to this day.

They hypocritically call Former English Colony a tyrant, when that is simply untrue. In fact, delegate elections are planned for August, and FEC does not plan on running. If you would like to vote in our upcoming elections, feel free to join our forum and our Regional Assembly here: http://z13.invisionfree.invalid/TNP/index.php?act=site

Please note that in order to vote in the upcoming elections, you have to join our Regional Assembly before August 1.

If you have any other questions, please telegram me. As Minister of Communications, clearing this situation up is my job. Further, if you would like a more detailed history of the TNP-Lexicon conflict, there is a history available here:

I've been TGing people in the normal course of endotarting, but mostly encouraging people to ask questions and visit the forum. The general lesson I've caught from previous times of trouble is that most of the people in the region don't care too terribly much and don't read much into patriotic/political rhetoric.

If we can set up a task force to send out TGs and make sure we aren't deluging (annoying) people with too many telegrams. I'm sure that the WFE is the most efficient way to correct any misinformation, and think we should be somewhat selective with actions beyond that.

edit, spelling

OK, one more time through... posting this here so people don't telegram something similar.

"Greetings!

Delegate and Vice Delegate elections are coming up soon in the North Pacific, so I am inviting you to vote. In order to vote, please join our Regional Assembly here before August 1st (the date on which elections begin):
